THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional advice, inspection, or supervision. All projects should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation.
3. Project Scope Limitations
IMPORTANT PROJECT LIMITATIONS
DIY Builder AI is designed exclusively for small to medium-sized DIY and home improvement projects that can be reasonably and safely completed by homeowners.
The following types of projects are NOT SUPPORTED and will be rejected by our system:
- Full Building Construction: Building houses, homes, apartments, duplexes, or any complete residential structures
- Commercial/Industrial Construction: Office buildings, warehouses, factories, shopping centers, hotels, hospitals, schools, or any commercial structures
- Large Structures: Barns, detached garages, swimming pools, bridges, or similar large-scale constructions
- Major Structural Work: Home additions, room additions, adding floors, foundation construction, or basement construction
- Complete System Installations: Full HVAC system installation, septic system installation, well drilling, or similar major utility work
- Full Roof Replacement: Complete re-roofing or new roof installation projects
- Demolition: Tearing down structures or major demolition work
These projects require:
- Licensed architects and engineers
- Licensed general contractors
- Proper building permits and inspections
- Compliance with local building codes and zoning regulations
- Professional liability insurance
By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that DIY Builder AI is not intended for, and should never be used for, large-scale construction projects. Any attempt to use AI-generated instructions for such projects is entirely at your own risk, and we expressly disclaim all liability for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from such use.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

YOU HEREBY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, DISCLOSED AND UNDISCLOSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
If you are a California resident, you expressly waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party."
13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

Class Action Waiver: YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Jury Trial Waiver: YOU AND THE COMPANY HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware, United States, or at another mutually agreed location.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

You retain ownership of content you create ("User Content"). By publishing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
16. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
